TeamLease Appoints Ramani Dathi as Deputy CFO 

TeamLease Services, a human resource company, has appointed Ramani Dathi as Deputy Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to head the Finance function. He will be assuming his responsibilities from April 1, 2021, once Ravi Vishwanath the current CFO of the company will stepdown on March 31, 2021. 

 

Vishwanath has been with the company in various leadership roles for the last 10 years, seen the company through private equity funding, an IPO, and five years as a listed company. He has ensured high standards of hygiene, accounting, and governance and been crucial to our stakeholder management, perception and confidence. He leaves behind a strong team.

 

Dathi is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant with over 15 years of experience. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and a diploma in Information Systems Audit. Prior to joining TeamLease in 2014, she has worked for Deloitte and Price Waterhouse Coopers in audit and assurance services. Dathi had led the entire back-end process of TeamLease’s IPO which was rated as one of the most successful IPOs of that time. Post-IPO, she has led various functions in corporate finance including mergers and acquisitions, governance and risk management, business partnering, finance planning & analysis, and Investor relations.
